Garbage Disposal
Garbage disposal must be on-site as we do not haul off garbage. This can be arranged with your local waste company. Republic Services offers dumpster rental to residential homes.
Indoor Cleaning
We offer indoor cleaning only, we do not clean outside spaces.
Honest Estimate
These estimates are honest, but some jobs may require more time and incur extra labor fees. We only adjust final prices to guarantee our laborers get paid a $15 hourly minimum wage. We complete the job as fast as possible, often within one visit, and do not adjust prices unless our pay goes below that threshold for the time required to complete the job, beginning the moment we arrive. Our teams consist of two people.
Baseboards
Baseboards are washed with room cleaning. If you want baseboards scrub-brushed extensively, please purchase the Degreaser Wall-Scrub add-on.
Room Clearance
Children -18 should not be in the residence while it is being cleaned. Adults must maintain at least 20 feet of distance from cleaners and active cleaning areas for chemical safety.
