Online estimates are starting estimates based on the details provided.
Some move-out, room reset, lodging, or turnover jobs may require more
time or labor once the space is seen in person. Estimates are due
before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Final Pricing
Pricing is calculated from the estimate agreed upon through the website.
In most cases, the estimate covers the cleaning and no additional labor
fee is needed. A team of two will attempt to complete the job as soon as
possible or on the scheduled date. If a job is unusually large, heavily
built up, or takes substantially more time than the estimate can cover,
additional labor may be needed at a reduced rate of $15 hourly, due at
the end of the cleaning. The estimate amount is always due before
cleaning and is not refundable once the job begins on-site.
Service Scope
Waycross Cleaning provides indoor empty-room, move-out, turnover, and
lodging cleaning only. We do not clean outside spaces, and garbage
disposal must be available on-site because we do not haul off garbage.
Optional Fees
Extra conditions such as animal droppings, hoarding or overstuffed areas,
and smoke residue wall scrubbing may add optional fees to the estimate.
Scheduling
Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee a booking or contract.
We confirm availability, service details, and the next step before the
appointment is set.
